Why TruckersMP is failing

Over the years, TruckersMP has changed bad and good. In this article, I will describe you my career at TruckersMP from the very start. I will also write my opinions on each upper-staff member.

Be prepared from good decisions to complete corruption.

I started as a Trial Game Moderator Observer back in August 2018, this was a good moment for me, I was trained with a person called DerAmpelmann — A very intelligent person who does not expect anything in return.

I then received a promotion to the rank of Trial Game Moderator and then shortly after I was promoted to full Game Moderator by Smoky_TMP. During my time as a GM, it was actually OK. Never had any major issues, my team leader was Aestrial who is now a Game Manager. He was probably one of the best out there, always had time to give you feedback and was always constructive.

Back in October, the role of Human Resources was being created and each member had to apply if they were interested. So off I went and submitted my application and then I got the role with Nathan and Armonk.

This is where everything got so negative and you will understand why throughout this read.

Each of the Project Managers decided to pick three candidates for the HR department, solely, myself and Nathan were picked.

Armonk was selected by JM, a developer, these pair are best friends currently and I will explain the corruption from JM later.

As a member of HR and upper-staff, you had access to a fair bit, more than department managers, so I got to see all of the corruption from previous months. Below, I will give my opinion about each member of staff that is in management currently, and I will share some screenshots.

Scar — He was a great leader, did not tolerate any sort of corruption and was always honest. Fantastic leader, a loved guy and still is to this date. He left mainly due to JM, the developer. Scar knew what JM was like, he had enough and kicked himself out of the staff Discord. Scar had a relationship with a girl called Lorena, an old Support Manager who was kicked for leaking internal information, this whole situation was mainly caused by JM.

Smoky_TMP — Another fantastic guy, has great values and an honest working person. However, seems to not be strict enough and sits on the fence too much, not good when you are in such a higher position. However, a very likable character.

Konfig — Another fantastic guy who is very intelligent, always cared about the lower end staff, always communicated well and had the best interests in people. Knew how to make decisions and was always supportive.

Nathan — An awesome guy, a hard worker, had the best interests in people, constantly fair, spoke his mind when he was being fed complete corruption from JM and others.

Armonk — Lazy bastard, did not much do of the hard work, went behind people’s backs, made best friends with the people who he hates just to get everyone on his side, willing to bend rules when JM got involved with everything and his decisions were never consistent. Sassy little bastard at times, constantly rude to people, bad mouthed about players and even his own friends Vantage and SSHADMIN. He left his bffs vtc (sshadmin) to join Prime VTC and then became their HR. He left his old vtc due to lack of time but can spend time in other vtcs. SSHADMIN, if you’re reading this, please take note, he is not your friend, he is a shit stirrer who wanted you demoted and I forced him to lead that meeting because he did not want you to know that you had a decision in that.

Aestrial, Game Manager — Nice guy, always positive, has his own opinions and avoids the corruption from his colleague Anriandor.

LoG, Game Manager — Nice guy too, very helpful, knows his stuff but isn’t vocal all the time, he needs to show his opinions more and he should just avoid being friends with Anriandor completely, so take note!

Marco, Senior Game Manager — Nice guy, always fair and doesn’t take the shit. He can’t stand Anriandor, hates him and often vents to me. Sorry to leak but I am being honest to everyone.

Khaos, Community Moderation Manager— Corrupt, rude, constantly moaning and is only in the team for the title. Power hungry cunt, jealous bastard and speaks badly of his own CMT team.

Weezy, Game Moderator — Where do I start with this wannabe? He was given the role of CMM by Natalia. No one had input or he wouldn’t have been hired in the first place. This dude has had his reporting rights revoked before due to spamming the report system with useless reports on the C-D. During his time as a CMM, he spent more time doing GM work and constantly showing off in his police car. All staff complained about him, even his fake best friend Anriandor. Anri called him “Lorena 2.0”

Prime, Senior Community Manager— A nice guy, hard working person, always doing something for the better of TruckersMP, however, hates Kap and Pillow because they are lazy.

Pillow, Community Manager — Alright, should be more active but no real concerns currently.

Kap, Community Manager — A nice guy actually, activity a bit low but has gotten so much better and seems to be doing a good job. My opinion of him has changed to positive.

Sgt Tailor, Media Manager — A nice guy, avoids all the drama and concentrates on his own work. Nothing bad to say about this guy as he seems a very fair person. I wish I got to know him more.

GGF, Support Manager— Very nice guy, always fair, shows so much devotion to his team and is there to contribute massively.

Ali, Support Manager — A nice guy too, constantly fair, loves his team and makes decisions fairly.

Digital, Events Manager— Always wanting to contribute massively, always thinks about the community and always willing to provide to the community.

Forerunner, Addon Manager — A nice guy, knows his knowledge and is always willing to support others, however, can be difficult to speak with at times.

Anriandor, Game Manager — You may wonder why I’ve left him at the bottom? Well, it deserves more exposure.

As you can see below, this dude is corrupt and is on his last warning. He has been known to manipulate stats for GM’s because they buy him things, providing early promotions to his ass licker, Rev. Often drives reckless on C-D roads, even though he tells Game Moderators off for doing so.

Do we really need this dude in the team? His bans are shocking but his staff register is very bad. Yet he refused to let people on the GM team because they do not provide personal favors or are friends with upper management. Anriandor is power hungry, constantly wants more permissions and talks about other people behind their back. He basically has no friends because people leak his conversations all the time. He bad mouths the Game Moderators a lot, wants to fire people for minor mistakes.

He wanted Bonnm gone, he tried so many times but thankfully I objected to most. However, Bonnm was soon fired when Anri started to be best friends with other people and I was outvoted. Bonnm was removed incorrectly and was not told properly on his mistakes so he could not learn from them. This is the same situation with HerSwizz, who was fired wrongly because Anriandor did not like him. However, HerSwizz and Anriandor remain friends to this day.

Each staff member has a staff register where vital information is kept. Take a look at Anriandors corruption and behavior below. Do you think this is a good example for TruckersMP?

As you can see, TruckersMP allows staff that takes the absolute piss out of depression, people’s well being and mental health. We hire people that think people cannot be depressed, we allow a manager to lead a team who will ignore people if they are depressed.

Do you think this is acceptable that we allow this and allow managers to be bribed?

Do you think it’s acceptable to have staff that cannot lead by example and yet to show the basic standards of being a manager? I think not.

Do you think it is good for SCS to allow a modification to operate this way? I think not.

JM, developer — JM has contributed a fair bit from recent years, however, his profile is not clean and probably is the same standard as Anriandors. JM is constantly involved with any given situation, he constantly does the Project Management’s work and this is why Scar has resigned.

JM will get involved in any dispute and make matters worse, he will tell people what to do or at least try. He has been told by Mwl before not to do this but carries on and this is why I have mostly left. He is corrupt and tried to get Natalia in HR at a given chance, even though two members were just hired. He forced the Project Management team to accept Armonk as HR, even though most people did not want him.

You may notice this video, leaked by Lorena. You can see he had inappropriate conversations with a girl called Natalia and then tried to cover up his guilt, when in fact, everything in that video is true.

When Lorena revealed these leaks in the staff upper chat, JM booted Lorena out of the discord to silence her, of course, you can see I was trying my best to give Lorena chances as I wanted her to stay.

There are many more examples I plan to leak, so keep an eye out.

We also have a few corrupt Game Moderators too, in particular, Aek, who will go out his way and ban people to avoid getting them in the team. This guy is corrupt and a manipulative bastard.

That being said, there is good staff out there that are not corrupt. If you are a staff member and are reading this, leave would be my recommendation. It is not worth it to be so stressed, as a Senior HR, I saw everything and I got to see everything.

LoG, leaked the Game Managers secret chats with the CMM’s, this is obviously a trust issue.

Overall, you are best to avoid being a staff member completely, the project is falling apart and the management is an embarrassment. Kat is leaving the project due to unknown reasons and HumaneWolf has due to focusing on other projects as he has lost the motivation.

TruckersMP is experiencing a crisis at the moment, the forum software has not been paid for and servers are being reduced and stuff is constantly breaking because no one can afford to keep everything running since Kat is leaving.

While I end this first post, I will leak some other stuff that might help the community!

All these concerns have been forwarded to SCS prior to publication. I decided to leak internal information due to real concerns within the community and internal due to the current management structure.
